CAR RENTAL CONDITIONS
To use the car rental service in our company must abide by the terms described below:

2. Age limit at the time of applying for the rental service:
- For all categories of vehicles, except premium:
- the client must be over 21 years (for all brands of cars except premium);
- driving experience must be at least 2 years.
* If the driver does not meet these requirements, the company may propose increasing the amount of collateral. Expand Collapse
3. Who can manage the leased vehicle?
Only a driver who has a driver’s license confirming the right to drive a car of this category (according to the legislation of Ukraine, category “B”) has the right to be behind the wheel of a rented car. The company may be allowed to control the car, 3 drivers without surcharges. Expand Collapse
4. Lease term:
The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours).
The start of rent is the time of the signing lease and act of acceptance/transfer of the vehicle. Return car to be made no later than 2 hours after the end of the last day of hire. For delay in returning the car we are taking paying for an additional day rental. Expand Collapse
5. Documents required at the time of applying for car rental:
To rent a car citizen of Ukraine will need:
- passport;
To rent a car foreign nationals will need: For reservation we need just copies of the same document, but when getting the car availability originals of these documents is a must! 6. Payment Methods:
For the convenience of customers, we offer different payment methods:
- cash;
- Cashless payment;
- banking (plastic) Visa or MasterCard.
Payment for the car is before the trip and made for the full term of the lease. If you wish to prolongue the lease, you should pay for the entire term extension. When returning the car a few days before the end of the lease term, is recalculation payment under the lease. Expand Collapse
7. Collateral / Deposit / franchise:
Along with the lease payment the customer must make a deposit (deposit) for the car.

8. The area of movement on a rental car:
The use of a rented car is possible throughout Ukraine (except for the territory of environmental protection (ATO) and Crimea, as well as a 30-kilometer zone from these areas).
9. Mileage:
The daily rate of a rental car of all classes, except for a premium car, includes 350 km of run.

10. Refueling a car:
In order to avoid car breakdowns, Rent95 strongly recommends refueling only at official gas filling stations with 95 gasoline or euro diesel fuel: "WOG", "OKKO", "UPG", "SHELL", "SOCAR".
11. Receiving and returning the vehicle:
Receipt and return of the vehicle is held in the stipulated between the parties place (airport, railway station, bus station, address) during working hours, but the company can also provide you with additional services: delivery and selection of car for your address, Expand Collapse
12. Terms of insurance:
Every car of company Rent95 insured under conditions of compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of vehicles (NICLOV) and full insurance (CASCO). 13. Additional conditions:

Fees for the provision of services:
